This Dietitian saw my daughter a month from now, we pay with credit card and she kept my credit card information, my daughter was scheduled for appointment two weeks later, but we called to cancel it to avoid any charge for not canceling, one month after the first appointment, I checked my bank account statement and found out that this Dietitian Tabitha Lenox had charged to my credit card the amount of $93.12 for no reason, I had to immediately call my bank and open a dispute for that transaction, that is stilling and is a f... read more

Knowledge, encouraging, energetic, caring and friendly. Tabitha has kept me on track with my weight loss and diabetes. I recognized Ms Lenox as being an asset to my health plan. It has been a great lifestyle change with her program.

Tabitha was very friendly but was of no help when it came to helping establish a healthy dietary plan for my Diabetes. I enrolled in another nutritional program and have lost 18 lbs in 9 weeks and lowered my A1C by 1 whole point and have been off my insulin for 10 weeks since starting this other program. If I had continued to follow Tabitha's suggestions I would still be gaining weight and continuing to take insulin daily.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

They are so nice and extremely friendly. I was able to relax and really enjoy our session. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

Was this dietitian-nutritionist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
