Not firm enough,.at $2 a min I expected both hands to be working more vigorously neck and shoulders..last time I came here was 5 star . Mustve been different owner/practioners. When I find a consistent practioner, I stick with them Will try somewhere else.

I arrived only 2 minutes late after already being advised to wait 15 minutes, only to be told I would need to wait an additional 35 minutes. The lack of clarity and communication was frustrating, leading me to seek service elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as a result of this experience. I hope you can improve your customer service in the future. update after response that is the most hopeless response in history did you even read it before you posted it, wow
