My family has been going to Karen for years. I wouldn't bring my taxes to anyone else. Took mine in on a Monday, got a call the next day that it was was ready. She always pleasant and professional and takes the time to ask you how you're doing. Any negative reviews, I feel there is more to the story. I highly recommend T4's And More!

Been waiting for months for a simple form to ne signed by Karen. We did multiple follow up calls since May and still to this day. Can’t even get a simple for signed for a. CRA tax audit with a 30 days deadline that has come and gone. Update: believe it or not we are still chasing after her. For a month now, she’s suppose to check her emails. She calls from her car or cell so she has no access to her emails or files so she keeps saying she’ll check and call back and she doesnt. We have to call back and chase after her. Dropped my paper work off beginning of April, month later they called me to pick them up and pay so it could be efiled. Week after that they asked me to bring back paperwork as they did not listen to me in the beginning that I had did my taxes just needed them to make a change to it. After many phone calls and trips to their office it's July 9, and I still have not had my taxes done completed. I finally just figured out how to make the changes myself and did a refile to CRA.
