Dropped off my tax paperwork for myself and my spouse 5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been completed. I’ve already called and was told they were 3 weeks behind but I had already been waiting 4 weeks at that point and was told to give it another week which I have and then some and still haven’t heard back. I’ve been going here for the last 5+ years but I will not be back next year. It’s coming up to tax cut off and my taxes are still not complete. If you’re that far behind maybe you should be working weekends also.
