I am writing this review to formally address the unprofessional conduct of these brokers This serves as notice to other carriers regarding the lack of transparency and poor communication we experienced. The pickup times provided were inaccurate, resulting in our driver being held until the following day without appropriate layover compensation. They will hold your truck for more than 48 hours. Then they will cancel the load without any other chances to book something else. And pay you pennies for all your time that they wasted. DO NOT BOOK LOADS WITH THEM. It’s a waste of time.
Tried to book a load with Mark, after I said "Let's do it " he said ok and hang up on me. After I tried to reach him back for a few times he simply blocked my number. We blocked these guys in our system and will not use them for 100% in the future.
