T2 is more than just a triathlon shop. It’s a cool hang with a family feel due to its gracious owner, Bryan Mewes. He’s so passionate about the sport - offering gratis swim, bike and run training sessions. In the course of a year I’ve done four races and have developed close friendships within the warm and encouraging community Bryan has created.
Great store and the owner, Bryan, is the best. I have attended the Give It A Tri program and I am hooked, love triathlons. Bryan has serviced my bike and special ordered items for me. T2 is awesome!
Imagine someone with the enthusiasm of Steve Irwin and the kindness of Bob Ross, that’s Bryan, the owner of T2. He’s like your favorite cousin that owns a bike shop helping you. I highly recommend stopping in to see what I mean.
I bought a bike here and although the experience wasn't too bad, the final transaction left me not wanting to come back. I inquired about a bike over the phone, Brian was fast and responsive. Price was $200 above MSRP and he said it was because of an upgrade. I didn't care for the upgrade and would've preferred if it was all stock. He then responded "we can leave at the [MSRP price]" so we verbally agreed at MSRP. What an awesome store! I flew all the way from Canada to see Bryan the T2 Triathlon store in Long Beach CA for the best service in North America by a long shot! They had all the tri/bike and pre race day fuel that I needed including cold water wet gear. Thanks Bryan and family - George, Karyn, Kai and Makena from Vancouver, Canada
