There’s enough bad reviews to warn others, but I’ll give one more. Started off very strong. Made me feel invincible and like this would be a quick/easy process. He’s very good on the phone and an excellent salesman. Keep in mind he is a trial lawyer and wants you to go to trial. We had to use Trent a few years back as a children's lawyer. Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. We would do meetings at his table and his cat would be on the table. We had to sit in our vehicle as 1 person at a time went in to speak with him. Once was in summer and once in winter sitting in our vehicle. His job is to be a voice for the children. Terrible experience, with holding documents for days and weeks with no communication until the end of the month when the invoice for payment is due and said documents are still withheld until payment is received. Very unethical practice of business
We should have taken the other reviews into deeper consideration before moving forward with Trent. It was a first being ghosted by a professional just by asking for a follow up appointment after paying a retainer. If he was more organized or hired staff and had systems to be more organized he could be very good. The intelligence is there but the follow thru is seriously lacking.
