How not to run a business! Classic example. You order a crepe with Nutella and strawberry , they charge you 10$ with 5 cents of Nutella in it!!! Do you really think I will be back?!?!? First and last time!
Today I visited CrepeStore and ordered a crepe. When I asked what ingredients were included, I was told that strawberry, banana, pistachio, and chocolate were part of it. I paid for my order and even left a $5 tip. However, when I received my crepe, there was no chocolate inside. When I politely asked for the chocolate that was originally mentioned, I was told I would need to pay an additional $3. Horrible customer service. I have gone to multiple tswirl locations and never experienced rudeness like this Rockville centre location. The manager was unprofessional. I came with my family for crepes at 11, the location closed at 11:30 and they didn’t let us eat our crepes as dine in. I ordered my crepes with ice cream and they didn’t put my ice cream on the crepe because it was “take out”.
