Horrible customer service. I have gone to multiple tswirl locations and never experienced rudeness like this Rockville centre location. The manager was unprofessional. I came with my family for crepes at 11, the location closed at 11:30 and they didn’t let us eat our crepes as dine in. I ordered my crepes with ice cream and they didn’t put my ice cream on the crepe because it was “take out”. Always a great choice!!! They have amazing options
I ordered a small size of Banana Chocolate and cup of vanilla ice cream and i loved 🥰 it. First time here and Samuel was nice help me. I loved the taste, not overwhelming or rich and not too sweet either. Will sure come back.
