I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I ordered two sweatshirts online for $60 and received a confirmation email, but no updates on when my order would be shipped or ready. After waiting, I called to check the status. The gentleman I spoke to said he would look into it and call me back, but he never did. I called again the next day, and the lady on the phone assured me that the gentleman would follow up but once again, no call back.
