Worst Management and not well defined process.
Records department is very unorganized, they keep requesting the same records/information repeatedly. Their call center is mostly likely located over seas as all the phone associates have a very strong accent and are very difficult to understand over the phone.
I am a records custodian for a clinic. I can tell enough how ridiculous this company is. Records are sent to them including mailing CD (xrays) and they "never received it" or "we never sent them" which we have to take extra time and resend records, and once we do send the records they say we never "sent the certification" but how? If it is all included in the records when they are sent to them via email. They are a waste of our time and they need to have better communication and stop having several people call for the same r... read more
This place practices in fraudulent creation of medical records and they have access to go in and change your existing medical records and will try to ruin your case. I caught this company in my medical records by risk management At the hospital that held my records for my broken neck and they had no business in my record.
