I don't know what some of these people are talking about. I live just up the road from them and have been using them for 20 plus years. I have always had a pleasant experience dealing with them.
The gentleman who took care of us was impatient and appeared to be arrogant. We needed a form notarized, and the customer was in a wheelchair. The notary displayed displeasure at the length of time it took to get it done. We Suspect that the notary was just pleased because the fee was not gonna be very high for a simple one stamp notary
Just like other reviews, horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could. If so miserable, find a new job!
