Unbelievably unprofessional. Set a date for pick up 2 days ago, paid in advance, and provided necessary details for transport. Spoke to the alleged “head of dispatch” and was informed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We’ve been trying to call for the past hour on a Friday. We now have a patient hanging out in our lobby with no ride from here to their home (on the other side of the metroplex). DO NOT USE. SCAM.
Family owned business. Friendly. Very clean cabs. Punctual. I would return to them again in a heartbeat.
