I have had to call on Mr. Brooks for legal assistance on more than one occasion, and he has been absolutely outstanding every time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient! I tend to ask a lot of questions, and he always takes the time to answer them thoroughly. He returns calls promptly, responds to emails quickly, and truly makes you feel like a priority. I worked with Mr Brooks and Kim. Kim was very helpful. I was able to reach her easily whenever I had questions. I did way better than I thought I would with my car accident case. Mr Brooks came to my room in rehab when I first met him and took down all my information which was a giant stress relief for me I never had to go down to the office. And Kim came to my room for paperwork a couple of times. They made a very high stress time for me much lower stress. I would recommend them to anybody.
