Should never make a appointment for a certain time and when the customer shows up at appointed time, get told to sit down and they'd be right with you..an hour later of waiting about ready to leave and then they decide to help you. And another thing, if you're going to post your hours open and not be there. They leave a number to call to get ahold of them, but never answer. Terrible professionalism, and rude! Never using them again.
Worse business ever.. lost my W-2's. Rude and unprofessional... will never do business again with them.. they need to be investigated
Montgomery Tax is the best ever. Have used them for 5 years and will never go elsewhere. I never have to worry about my taxes taking to long, being over charged and never being able to contact anyone.
