Tried to give these people my business three times, call center and text assistant services are the worst
This is one of the best companies to work for and you should seriously consider a career with T-Mobile. This office is also super modern and amazing to come here for meetings.
Great facility and great company!
The employees were great, but...I had 14 days to return a phone for a refund & obviously I received nothing. The phone was free, (it was a promo), I got a screen saver, a case, paid for the insurance all correct & the service doesn't work in my area well. So, now they have the receipt, the screen saver is nonrefundable, the protection case is scratched & the guy on the phone wouldn't honor it, (I thought it was to protect the phone) so I used it for 13 days mostly text until the next dropped call came on my corporate office!... read more
