I thought wow home Internet no wires, decent price. NOT worth it, received the box, setup my account and since I don't have a T-Mobile number they can't link the wifi router to my account!!! I called their tech support, less than useless. LMAO my recommendation to T-Mobile, use US support people and actually do user test exercises to ensure activation is seamless!!!! To everyone else Save your time, after seeing the reviews online, I should have known better.
I cancelled my T-Mobile account, which took a couple hours, the following month they debited my account. I called but got NO help so I had to go to one of their stores. One of their representatives told me they had the worst customer service ever but made a call on my behalf and after TWO hours at the store I finally got the money credited back to my account. You guys need to install a cell phone tower close to Salem village in Dover, New Jersey off Salem street, service in this area is horrible!!!!!!
Worst company T-Mobile, DO NOT Switch, Does company is very deceitful and doesn't value their customers. I have an issue since I've been with them. I tried the home internet and had to return it immediately because it did not connect to any of my Samsung products. T-Mobile's Wi-Fi does not connect to any Samsung products. I was told this by customer service. They lock you into a contract so be careful. The phone service is not what they say it is, calls keep dropping And you can go without service for days at a time.
I do not recommend tmobile for anyone all they do is breach customers info... Here is a proven fact no one should have had my number, its a contract, and I pay for all my features and they are activate.
