wanted to get my phone unlocked called on Thursday said I had to wait for a process, four days later I call and they tell me they cant do it since my account is on a payment arrangement. why didnt they unlock it when my account was in good standing if I met all the requirements? this is just a scam of a company save your business for some place else
They have customers service overseas ( Philippines ) there customer service representative misguiding / scamming the customers with free extra line and phone but it’s not true , they scamming their customers , once you accept their offer then they bill you for for extra line and when you call them why extra bill then they have no answer. 40 E. Palidade ave, Englewood, NJ I am beyond disappointed with the service at this T-Mobile location. Their customer service is unprofessional, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. What makes matters worse is the clear discrimination my family experienced against their own Spanish speaking community. No customer should ever feel unwelcome or treated as if their concerned don't matter bc of their language or background.
