I have to leave a good review for this team. I went in for a new screen protector and case and even with their system being down (meaning they couldn't take electronic forms of payment) they did their absolute best to take care of me and make sure everything was good and squared away. Shout out to Desirae (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) and Beto (apologies again). You guys are the best!
I went to the store for the very first time and Hector was very nice and professional to me. I can't say the same about the female. She has a nasty vibe with lots of altitude but she cute in the outside. Anyway, tmobile have some great phones at the store but pricey, etc. Maybe in the near future I will comeback to tmobile again but not now.
STEPHEN you are amazing at what you do ! Great sales person, was so patient and kind when me and my partner came in, told us about good Promtions and hooked us up ! Thank you So MUCH Stephen !! You are great at what you do and so very helpful, everyone in the store seemed so nice and I always loved being with T- Mobile and thank you again so much Stephen for all the help you provided. If you ever need help, he’s the guy !
