I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this T-Mobile location. I visited this store on two separate occasions regarding an issue with my account, and during both encounters, I was given false information directly to my face. Instead of assisting me, the employees repeatedly insisted that my issue could not be handled at their location and advised me to drive to a T-Mobile “Experience Store.” I followed their instructions and wasted my time, gas and energy traveling to another location, only to learn that ... read more

Update: Still stand by the BEST customer experience I've ever received from any Tmobile location! Multiple visits since my initial review and they've never wavered on the quality of service here!
