Worked with Nikki and Joshua who are both extremely well knowledged with not just T-Mobile but all products in store, their knowledge helped me understand what was going on. - Very professional team in the store!
Josh and Nicki did a great job and provided outstanding service.
What started out as a great experience later turned into a disaster. We turned in our paid off phones to get new ones and then t-mobile claimed they never received the phones. Now we are stuck paying for phones with no trade in credit. Calling the main number doesn’t help at all. We’ve called countless times. I wish we would’ve stayed with Verizon. Went to the location by iHop.
