I recently switched a 5 line account from a different carrier and Whitney at the Layton store made the process go very smoothly. She took the time build rapport, learn our cell phone needs, and presented options that align that information. I especially was impressed how she handled an upgrade with a family member who was very nervous about changing phones and losing data. We came into the store to upgrade my phone and my son's phone. We were helped by Whitney. She did a great job walking us through the whole process and giving us all of our options. We appreciated the great service she provided!
The girl working here was a manager, I dont recall her name, but she was amazing. I had issues with my SIM card reading, and she installed an ESIM quickly and efficiently. She also hooked me up with a screen repair locally. She was really cool and I trusted her with my phone.
Great staff members here. Was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Very knowledgeable and helped me out with my problems. Love the Tuesday give aways.
