I’m very disappointed with the service I received at this T-Mobile location. We were given false information about a promotion, which was a big factor in our decision to move forward with the plan. On top of that, we were later told we could not make additional payments toward our plan, which turned out to be completely untrue. It’s frustrating when a company’s representatives are not transparent or knowledgeable, because it leaves customers feeling misled and stuck with unexpected limitations. Came in to replace a 4 day old phone that was showing issues already, purchased at T mobile. Was told they couldn't help me and I had to drive 30 minutes to the store where I purchased the phone. Drove the 30 minutes to the other store where they helped me and also stated there was no reason the Layton store should have turned me away. Overall a frustrating experience.
This is a location near my house, I have always treated well here.
