I went in with a problem with my contacts not syncing and Whitney was amazing! She was so kind and helpful and was able to get my contacts back!
Buyer beware. I purchased 3 stand alone watches from them and had a fairly pleasant experience. They confirmed several times that our bill would only go up $37.50 per month. The bill went up $82 per month (more than double and a difference of over $500 per year). After a frustrating conversation with customer service, I was told I needed to go into the store since they told me the wrong price.
