I purchased a recliner on line (which was a mistake) and picked it up. When I set it up at home I didn't like it at all. So I called and left message for Josh to call me and also emailed, nicely because I said I didn't want a refund but to trade it for a more comfortable one that doesn't look so cheap. No call back and no email response. Stuck with an ugly recliner.
