T-mac Is great, they have always sent me a schedule to let me know what is happening & when. I understand they are very busy, so they get to the point quickly & help you. Only issue I have had was the guy that picks up my trash, threw my trash can in the back of the truck and my lid broke. I emailed the office within that week and let them know.
