T-Mac is an absolutely stellar company. Very friendly and professional. The waste collectors are always friendly and it's very easy to contact the office. They are prompt to post updates on the website if trash service will be delayed due to weather/holidays, etc. Very reasonable rates as well.

Should be ashamed and embarrassed as a company. Last week's trash still isn't picked up, roads are fine and have been so. Just really kinda disappointed with the laziness.
Multiple skipped pickups, leaves a mess everywhere never picks up after themselves. They even drive by twice
