the owner (i’m assuming) is extremely rude. she reprimanded us for a coat being on the counter while paying (where bags that have probably been on the floor sit when paying) and made a micro aggressive comment when i was trying to activate a gift card that was a cumbersome process.
Outstanding coffee selection featuring freshly roasted beans. The customer service is exceptional, and if you’re looking for high-quality whole bean coffee, this is the place to go.
I visit this store twice a month for my ground coffee and gifts! Shout out to Kim who made my experience so easy last week when picking out new coffee flavors I wanted to try! I love the store and the employees are kind and helpful!! See you soon!!
