First time I went here they were wonderfull. That was back in 2000 -2001 everytime I go I have had no issues. Always great advice on glasses. Great prices I love them. Now that im back in town im deffinetly going back here ☺️
Used to be a good store, now some staff are just rude, constantly phoning to get u to book appointment, especially if u have good coverage, even after u said u will call when u are available. Then when u go, she's disrespectful, and then it takes almost 2weeks to get your glasses and they don't even fit comfortably! The just want your money. Time to shop around, DON'T GO THERE!! I’m adding to this review 3yrs later. Nothing has changed. Still rude and obnoxious. Don’t waste your time
Rubbish glasses shop. Poor quality for their glasses, lens and frames. They used all my family members’ insurance and only give me one pair of glasses. Their behavior just like robbery. Also, no more choices. Don’t go to this shop.
