Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs Our experience with this firm was genuinely awful from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, and communication was virtually non-existent. We constantly had to chase for updates, and basic questions were left unanswered for days or even weeks. We felt completely in the dark throughout the entire process. Not a very good experience
Conveyance solicitors have a bad rep, but this firm has been amazing. Allison Lewis and Mr. Stephen Williams have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond with our case and been amazing at answering queries and advocating for us as first time buyers and explaining to us the process and our options. I will recommend them to anyone I hear who is in need of a conveyancing solicitor or a solicitor in general. Thank you Ms. Lewis and Mr. Williams!
I would not even give these a one star . Disgusting attitudes , don’t answer queries , waited nearly 6 weeks for first response to my solicitor . Very very slow service . Can never get hold of to speak to , even when my solicitor rings as matter of urgency - no response . Stay clear !!!!!
