We had a very unusual and complicated situation and with no fault to Leigh or her team in any fashion, it was a very long process. Throughout the entire duration, Leigh stayed on top of everything. She never lost motivation for us and she never stopped communicating with us. She navigated every situation with grace and tenacity and always gave it to us straight with our options at the ready.
