Communication is great, the people are even better. Quick fast and affordable transport.
Unprofessional. I took an unpaid day off based on them telling me my car is arriving Friday afternoon. When I called at 4 to check what time to expect the delivery they said soon, as if soon is a time! And the car never showed up, they never reached out, I just wasted a day sitting at home and when the car arrived the next day the driver demanded a tip! They either don’t have a clue how to communicate or they simply just don’t care.
