They often price better than ACE or home depot, with a knowledgeable staff who are great to work with. There are 2 core employees with a few other positions like loading and delivery which are usually highschool or college students. It has the real small town, small business feel yet have a great variety and the majority of the things you need. The things I can't find there that I need are generally things that do not ever need replaced, but are required by the city code for modernization.
Every time I've been in there I have had the very best experience. Every time. Thank you for actually caring about your customers.
Very helpful!
