I filed my taxes with T-Golden Tax Sevice on late February and I still haven’t received both of my refunds state and federal! This is absolutely unacceptable. I have tried calling Tika many times but he hasn’t even answered the call once. He has texted me back stating that my return will be processed but I don’t know if that’s the truth. I’m sure he hasn’t filed my taxes yet because today I logged on to the IRS “Where’s My Refund?” page and inputted the information that was needed and it didn’t show any results which means t... read more
Do not trust this group! We made the error of continuing to work with our preparer despite various red flags. After 6 2-4 hour sessions working with the preparer, the filing was submitted... incorrectly. We had the work reviewed by a different reputable tax accountant who verified multiple serious errors. Over the course of the last two months the organization has yet to respond in a responsible and transparent manner. We have very little hope that the filing errors will be adjusted in good faith.
As someone who is self-employed, taxes are usually stressful and challenging; however, Tika made this experience such a breeze! He is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I had a great experience and I learned so much that will help me the future. He made things easy to understand, and the office space is cozy and welcoming in beautiful Vermont.
