We had a very disappointing experience working with Tiffany K. Chiu at Modern Wealth Law. This was a flat-fee estate planning engagement, yet the initial draft we received contained numerous errors, inconsistent legal language, and provisions (such as self-appointed Authority Structure) that required significant correction on our end.
