Not impressed. Hired this person to file a claim against a title company for fraud. His secretary was rude and unpleasant to deal with, for starters. There was little to no communication once the retainer was paid. I felt like I was completely in the dark with what was going on with my case. As far as I can tell, they filed some paperwork, and didn't get a response so they just let it go. After multiple requests, I got an update that we could file suit. This man is top notch. Not only did he contacted us back promptly and was attentive to our story as well as empathetic. In addition to the aforementioned, he is very straightforward and doesn't waste your time "beating around the bush". He has an extremely polite way of being very direct and candid; which is refreshing. He did not and would not let us waste a penny. I highly recommend speaking to him.
