This man is top notch. Not only did he contacted us back promptly and was attentive to our story as well as empathetic. In addition to the aforementioned, he is very straightforward and doesn't waste your time "beating around the bush". He has an extremely polite way of being very direct and candid; which is refreshing. He did not and would not let us waste a penny. I highly recommend speaking to him.
