I went for a massage and have been previously with good results. This time had a new lady and I only had some lower back pain prior to visit. The massage was painful where my body was actually flinching in pain throughout the hour, I had to keep asking her to ease up, but she didn't speak English and couldn't understand me. Feel worse off then before having my massage not to mention left with bruising. Will not be back again
The first lady that started massaging me was great, however, this only last approximately 10 minutes before the masseuse swapped with someone else. The second person massaging had no idea what she was doing, only massaging one section and only using one hand. Seemed completely disinterested. Then she left hot stones on my back and left the room. Disappointing, came 2 weeks ago, raved about it to hubby, wanted to treat him to a massage. So disorganised, unprofessional and slightly worrying. Would never reccomend this place, 2 men at the counter I don't think knew what day it was chopping back and forth with decisions and payments, wanted to take hubby to a 2nd place in the centre. Then a woman came out of nowhere trying to figure it all out, got a refund will never be back. EDIT* The staff are not new one of them said that the other is the husband to the wife.
