Unfortunately had a really poor experience with this company. Ordered placemats and wanted to return them within the 7 days stated on their site. I messaged the manager before returning and she refused to accept the products back, accusing that I had used them. I had proof that I had not. I received the products on Thursday, the weekend followed, wanted to post them back on the Monday still within the 7 days and they refused. Customer service ended at the sale. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
I love this shop, they have so many beautiful things to decorate your space.
Buy an expensive cabinet, not even wrapped, thrown on the truck floor, has a lot of other stuff on the top the cabinet. Knowing the delivery payment There is damage to the cabinet 😡😡 and the response was unexpected, i already lost money
