TC Elli's is Smokin' – Loved this cute boutique right next to Texas Tech. It is in a great location that is easy to get to. The clothing, shoes, jewery, and purses were all sooooo great. The staff was very helpful and I found just what I wanted (a great top and some jewelry). The jean selection was great also. Sevens, Citizens, Rock & Republic, Hudson and Antik!
