1 star because they got me in fast. But during the installation of lashes, the tech was pulling, and poking my lashes. She didn't clean my lashes well enough so there was residue. I guess her glue got spread out a bit and the was trying to separate the lashes by putting the tweezers in between the lashes and PULLING my eyelid out whilst trying to seperate the lashes . I had an appointment with Teresa for some lip filler for the first time. I was quite nervous, but it was a great experience! She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. And I absolutely LOVE my result! You can’t go wrong with Teresa!
