I’m very disappointed by the way T-Beauty Lounge handled a genuine family medical emergency. I had to cancel my lash appointment approximately two hours beforehand because my 83-year-old mother was experiencing a serious breathing emergency. I called 911, and she was transported to Banner Hospital, where I am with her now. I fully understand why businesses have cancellation policies, and my concern is not the $17.50 fee itself. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I was surprised about the various services offered. I felt relaxed during my facial and I needed it so bad. I felt like the beautiful lady serving me was ultra focused and experienced. I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely be back.
