If you are OTR and delivering here, they open at 6am. The docks have garage doors and you will have to back in from the street. I was given dock door #8. If there are vehicles parked in front of the door they give you, you will have to wait for them to move them. Given my experience delivering today, it’s best to wait until they have finished moving ALL of their equipment first before trying to dock; less disruptions, confusion, and distractions. A man by the name of Carlos Aviles was extremely juvenile and unprofessional when I was doing a delivery to this place. Made a smart comment that made no sense. Need better staff.
