Dani was extremely helpful. I sent pics and basic measurements of the space I had for a desk, and she was able to send me some renderings of layout options. The turnaround time from ordering to delivery was quick, I received a reminder call the morning of the delivery, and their guys were very pleasant and had the desk moved in and assembled in a fast and efficient manner.
Great company to buy from in regards to "used" office chairs, even though they basically come in brand new in my opinion. 30 days satisfaction guaranteed and a 10 year warranty. For the Zody I got, the only minor issues was some paint chips at the bottom and I think I have some dust or something on the back (haven't tried cleaning it yet). Either way, it's like a new chair. Pictures added show the Arrival, unboxing, and setup of Haworth Zody refurbished from Systems Office Furniture.
Amazing customer service and communication with Dani. Was able to provide two pics from the warehouse of the options I was looking at for visual comparison and answered all my other questions. Shipping is quick and they provide a good warranty as well. If you are weary of buying refurbished, then look no further as I cannot recommend more highly enough! What a professional and great company to work with. As you can imagine, I also had my doubt buying a large amount of expensive chairs for a very affordable price. I was afraid of being scammed but this company is a legitimate company. Dani was a delight to work with and very communicative during the whole process. The chairs arrived as she said they would and the experience was excellent. I would use them again for my future needs.
Dani at Systems Office furniture is wonderful. She helped me find a new base to my desk so it would rise. The guys that came to install it were very professional. I highly recommend their products.
