I ordered an office chair here for my husband. The first one got lost by FedEx, but I contacted customer support and Amanda got another one sent out to us. It got here quick the second time. He is so pleased with it and so am I. Refurbished was the way to go. It has all the adjustments and features and we don’t have to pay over a thousand dollars for it. After doing a ton of researching and shopping around for close to a month, I recently ordered a refurbished black-on-black Steelcase Leap V2 from Systems Office Furniture (S.O.F.) a couple of weeks ago. The chair features a 3D knit mesh back and a Brisa premium vinyl seat, which is a very unique material combination. Absolutely awesome! From customer service to seriously absolutely like new! Thank you so much for what you do. I would absolutely buy from them again. Do not hesitate, just buy what you want and need from them. I ordered the Herman Miller Aeron Classic on Wednesday evening and had it in my house in the middle of nowhere NJ by 330 pm on Sunday. Screwed the back into place and done.

We updated the cubicles in our office and Kai was wonderful to work with. He helped with some existing pieces we had in the room and brought plenty of samples for us to chose from. The renderings he sent really helped us visualize what they new cubicles would look like. We had them installed this past week and the install team was very professional and worked quickly around our employees so it didn't disturb the working day to much. Looking forward to working with Systems Office Furniture again in the future.

Great company to buy from in regards to "used" office chairs, even though they basically come in brand new in my opinion. 30 days satisfaction guaranteed and a 10 year warranty. For the Zody I got, the only minor issues was some paint chips at the bottom and I think I have some dust or something on the back (haven't tried cleaning it yet). Either way, it's like a new chair. Pictures added show the Arrival, unboxing, and setup of Haworth Zody refurbished from Systems Office Furniture.
