Absolutely awesome! From customer service to seriously absolutely like new! Thank you so much for what you do. I would absolutely buy from them again. I ordered an office chair here for my husband. The first one got lost by FedEx, but I contacted customer support and Amanda got another one sent out to us. It got here quick the second time. He is so pleased with it and so am I. Refurbished was the way to go. It has all the adjustments and features and we don’t have to pay over a thousand dollars for it. My experience working with Brad at Systems office was fantastic. I got a Haworth Zody delivered pretty quickly to my place. I did face a small issue where the back tension adjustment knob was broken during the shipping process even though the chair was secured quite well with foam and paper. I contacted Brad and sent him a picture. He offered to replace the chair free of charge but then I offered to fix it myself to save the unnecessary shipping. I ordered two items, an OEM cylinder and a pair or arm pads for my Herman Miller Classic Aeron Chair and am very happy with the purchase.
