Great company to buy from in regards to "used" office chairs, even though they basically come in brand new in my opinion. 30 days satisfaction guaranteed and a 10 year warranty. For the Zody I got, the only minor issues was some paint chips at the bottom and I think I have some dust or something on the back (haven't tried cleaning it yet). Either way, it's like a new chair. Pictures added show the Arrival, unboxing, and setup of Haworth Zody refurbished from Systems Office Furniture.
Dani was extremely helpful. I sent pics and basic measurements of the space I had for a desk, and she was able to send me some renderings of layout options. The turnaround time from ordering to delivery was quick, I received a reminder call the morning of the delivery, and their guys were very pleasant and had the desk moved in and assembled in a fast and efficient manner.
What a professional and great company to work with. As you can imagine, I also had my doubt buying a large amount of expensive chairs for a very affordable price. I was afraid of being scammed but this company is a legitimate company. Dani was a delight to work with and very communicative during the whole process. The chairs arrived as she said they would and the experience was excellent. I would use them again for my future needs.
