I was asked to be available in a standard 4 hour period, however, I was contacted prior to the 4 hour period even starting, to ask if I was ready to receive the new desk. The delivery took place right as the 4 hour waiting period started, and it was already assembled, all they had to do was bring it into the house and test for me.

I recently purchased a Haworth Fern chair through Systemcenter and I’m really happy with the whole purchase. The communication from their team through email was excellent. Special shoutout to their receptionist, who was super helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions about the different chair options and even let me try out a few versions before I made my decision. I worked with SystemCenter for one of my clients in Honolulu and I really enjoyed working with them! The team was responsive, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Great customer service and clear communication from start to finish. I'll absolutely use them again if I have another project!
