I recently purchased a Haworth Fern chair through Systemcenter and I’m really happy with the whole purchase. The communication from their team through email was excellent. Special shoutout to their receptionist, who was super helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions about the different chair options and even let me try out a few versions before I made my decision. I worked with SystemCenter for one of my clients in Honolulu and I really enjoyed working with them! The team was responsive, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Great customer service and clear communication from start to finish. I'll absolutely use them again if I have another project!

Great service! Sales team, for the most part, is highly responsive and helpful! Installation team was on time and went smoothly, no punches. Desks and mobile peds look great! Only concern is with the manufacturing time of the desks - we had to delay our hiring process by an additional two weeks to accommodate the timing of the furniture delivery. It is very difficult to time this process properly, but I'd prefer to be under promised but over delivered than over promised and under delivered.
