The contact number does not work. I attempted to call SI's HR department for employment verification information and the prompts just kept going in a loop and stating "sorry, i cannot transfer you to this extension" with no other options for contacting someone such as voicemail options or any other form of speaking with a live agent. Very inconvenient and frustrating.
