Too bad this site doesn't allow zero-star reviews! That would best represent what these guys did for me. Nothing. I accepted their bid of $1,000 to do my taxes *two months* before they were due. I had only one condition: the taxes had to be filed on time. They guaranteed this in the strictest terms. They said I had to use their online portal for all communication, but they never read or responded to anything there.
