I had a highly disappointing experience with this CPA over the past three years. In 2022, I used their services without issue. In 2023, CPA Sabu recommended that I form an S-Corp, which I did based on his advice. I paid $1,000 for the setup. However, in 2024, things took a serious turn. Despite having an ongoing relationship, the CPA suddenly refused to complete my tax returns, making false claims that I hadn’t paid — which was simply untrue and can be verified. UPDATE: A week after writing this initial review, Sabu has threatened us with legal action if I do not remove my post. Funny that he wasn't able to respond after we called out his poor practice filing our taxes, and was nowhere to be heard from for two years following his promise to remedy the situation.
