My father-in-law had a wonderful experience with the amazing staff at the Syracuse Home at McHarrie Place. He was very well cared for during his successful transition home after major surgery. He spoke glowingly of the nursing team and his OT and PT care was incredible. They even took the time with us prior to discharge to ensure we could prepare his home for everything he needed. We are so grateful for the resources, expertise, and kindness that this facility provides to the families in this community!

I am so impressed by the way my inlaws were treated at McHarrie Place. Having spent ten days myself trying to assist them in their previous residence, I know how exhausting and frustrating it can be to remain patient and kind. The nurses AND the non-medical staff are remarkable. Not only was their care excellent, but their every demeanor showed that they hire people for their kindness as well as their skills. Bravo! And thank you.
My grandparents both resided at Syracuse Homes for a few years. Every time we visited the home, the staff always felt like an extension of our family. They knew my grandparents intimately and consistently provided great care and responded to all of their needs.
