Positives: Local and support area. Appear to be community focused? Negatives: Hours: 10 or 11 am opening, very low apr's on savings, charge a monthly fee unless customer keeps over $4,000 in account. Money transfer platforms like Plaid do not recognize this credit union. Their web site and app are very antiquated. I am updating my review from one star to four. Appreciate the fast reply to my concerns regarding issues with their web site, app and hours. Rep was honest about upcoming changes and addressed my concerns. Like that they are very involved with the community. Can't give a "5" star as their app and web site are sub-par but it sounds like the credit union will be making improvements in the near future.
