Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. She makes inappropriate racial comments and creates such an uncomfortable environment that it ruins the entire experience before the massage even starts. Even after leaving a 20% tip, she still yelled at both me and one of the male employees in front of customers. It was shocking and embarrassing to witness. The place isnt fancy, the service is good for the price. The massage is decent but not great. I would come back , perhaps look for a different person because my back hurts alot the next day.
