I have come to this spa multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. I don't understand why some people below tend to blame the establishment for their mistakes. Will continue to return.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I've visited this place with friends and have recommended it to many others—but that stops now. I was given a $50 gift card by friends, which I unfortunately misplaced for a while. When I finally found it and asked if they would at least honor part of the amount (I was willing to pay the difference), the response was a flat "no." Average Massage, Makes a fuss over tip and if you don't do 15%, Be Aware the Owner/Person on the register tried to change the TIP on the signed receipt.Please double check the transaction after the payment is posted. Will be reporting this.It's so weird the Owner expects customers to tip 15% or more even for a lackluster service. MAYBE FOCUS ON BETTER SERVICE THEN YOU WON'T HAVE TO FIGHT THE CUSTOMER FOR LOW TIPS.
