I have a simple question. I live in the country and don't want to drive in to Statesboro just to ask my question. I have discovered there is no simple way to talk to a real person. All Synovus calls go to a robot. The robot doesn't give me an option that applies to me. I just want to speak to a real person who can answer my question.
