I had a wonderful experience with Joseph Wong on 12-24-2019 when, I went to open up a checking/savings account. He was very professional. polite, down to earth, and assertive. I had a lot of questions, and he didn't hesitate to answer all of them with a smile. I'm big on customer service, and he have superb customer service skills.
