I deal with this branch, Jordan and his team on a weekly basis and they are fantastic! I would like to comment briefly on the quality of service that My father and I has received at Synovus Bank Boston since Mr. Octavion Jordon has been there. It seems that the quality of service is noticeably improved. There seem to be a more personal interest by not only Mr. Jordan but the entire staff on any issue or question that we've had. The Synovus bank in Boston has been my banking branch for over 10yrs. The manager Mr. Jordan and the other tellers always makes sure my banking needs are promptly met. He's been a blessing to the Boston community, and I look forward to banking at this branch for years to come.
