Love this Bank. They appreciate my business and it shows! Ron DeLama, Branch Manager, is very knowledgeable and can MAKE DECISIONS LOCALLY; no waiting weeks for a big bank decision. Elizabeth is so accommodating and makes my life stress free along with the rest of the team.
In reference to the other reviews. I agree that every experience should be a good experience, but I also understand that everyone is human and sometimes we all have a bad day. Personally, I've never had a bad experience here, they've always made me feel welcome, both as Florida Community Bank and as Synovus. So for that reason, 5 ⭐
Best bank ever... all the staff knows who you Are!! No extra fees...ever!!
The woman Debra at the counter is rude and when you work in a job like this you have to be polite, if your old and cannot handle your job anymore than its time to retire! We walked in to cash a large check and she acted like we were criminals or trash! Worst customer service I've ever had from a bank!!
