Do not trust these people with your money. I deposited a cashiers check which is verified funds on Friday. These criminals put a 10 day hold on my funds causing it to go over $5000.00 negative. Monday I verified that the other bank already paid Synovus so the check already cleared. I asked if they could please release the funds since they already cleared the check so that I could avoid a gigantic financial catastrophe. Worst bank I’ve ever had! BEWARE! They will freeze your account and cancel your card with no good explanation. I’ve talked to the manager Natalie and Fahiem an employee and both stated they couldn’t do anything. They said there’s no corporate number or other number to give.
