The Branch and employees are good. However, The online banking is slow and doesn't work well with other banks in terms of transferring money. You have to wait a week to transfer simple funds from one account to another. You have to wait 2 days to get access to just do a transfer.
Excellent service with a HELOC on my home mortgage. The Synovus HELOC is the best on the market. Application process was very simple and efficient. Jamie Jackson called to follow-up and I will trust him with future banking needs. Highly Recommend!
Highly recommend working with Jamie Jackson at Synovus Bank in Green Hills. He is responsive and goes above and beyond with any banking needs. And Synovus has great financing on HELOCs.
I've had reasonable service from the people at this branch, I've just found the mothership has ruined the bank since taking everything over.
