Ms. Lisa and staff are awesome. If I could, I would give them 10 stars for the knowledge and guidance I've received. They are the real deal!! I've never seen anything like this in banking --- REAL TALK!!!
There's an atm, but no drive thru service. Normally a little bit of wait time to be helped. I've only submitted deposits here, but have never had any problems. (And I've had a synovus lose my deposit before) Staff isn't overly friendly, but they are efficient.
Although everyone was nice, this is a small bank that has limited experience in handling estate accounts. They kept my husband waiting for hours for a mysterious legal dept which never gave him an answer on setting up an account. So we went to another local bank and they had us going in less than 30 minutes.
