Although everyone was nice, this is a small bank that has limited experience in handling estate accounts. They kept my husband waiting for hours for a mysterious legal dept which never gave him an answer on setting up an account. So we went to another local bank and they had us going in less than 30 minutes.

The attitude that the rep gave when you walk in as if she doesn’t want to be there is not god. I would rather go across town to another branch before i come to bowman road to be seen by her.
