Most of the employees in this specific branch 987 lovett,statesboro Ga are rude, especially in the drive-through area in this branch, They need to be trained again about what real customer service really means. This is the only branch I have experienced extremely poor customer service. They don’t care and help you, instead they are more cruel about it than finding a solution to your problem. I wish I could give them zero stars but I just heard about the outage thing going on and my deposit wasn’t showing up so I went up there and explained to the lady on the right (soon as you walk in) the situation and she just act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and obviously she didn’t care because it wasn’t her money so she told me everything I needed to know it’s just the attitude she had and the way she acted like I was delusional when it’s all over twitter rn. I will be switching banks ASAP.
