I've been banking with them for 2 years and have been chasing my checks there from the same company for 2 years I mainly use the metter location which I love but recently I went to the location in statesboro by the mall and they wouldn't cash my check or even give me part of the check I was told the most they could give me was $30 and that's ridiculous when ive always gotta at the least 600 cash back and deposit the rest when I go to the metter location. Do not bank at this location if denise is working. She had no customer service.
If I could give no stars, I would. Most of the employees in this specific branch 987 lovett,statesboro Ga are rude, especially in the drive-through area in this branch, They need to be trained again about what real customer service really means. This is the only branch I have experienced extremely poor customer service. They don’t care and help you, instead they are more cruel about it than finding a solution to your problem.
