Pretty sad they charge you to cash their own checks… Walmart doesn’t even charge as much
I rather the hwy 20 branch. I only deposit my check here if I’m a rush and I always have problems. I will be escalating my issue further. I should be treated the same at either branch.
Update: just spent / wasted a huge amount of time and a couple hundred dollars based on the advice of one of the in-branch "experts" advice. She told me they could not do what I was asking about and then their central office took papers I had completed and sent them back to be completed in person! Not only that, but papers sent to the central office were sent out to a branch in another city, who sent them to a local branch different than the one I contacted originally!
